1. Sales Terms and Conditions
These sales terms and conditions govern the relationship between LearnAmo (VAT number: 08338130720), owned by Graziana Filomeno ([email protected]), located in Adelfia (BA), at Via XX Settembre, 8, and the individual (hereinafter referred to as the customer) who purchases the “Italiano in Contesto” course (hereinafter referred to as IIC) available on this website (learnamo.com).
2. Features and Contents
IIC is a virtual course owned by LearnAmo. The course consists of 10 Italian video lessons with subtitles in Italian and English. Each video lesson is accompanied by written explanations and a series of automated exercises. LearnAmo is committed to constantly updating and improving IIC.
3. Who can purchase our courses
The purchase of IIC is allowed for individuals who are at least 18 years old. When purchasing the products, the customer is required to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
4. How and when the sales contract is concluded
4.1. The contract between LearnAmo and the customer is considered concluded at the moment the customer submits the payment order.
4.2. The customer agrees to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the purchase order and to immediately communicate any corrections to LearnAmo. Additionally, the customer agrees to carefully read and accept not only the Terms and Conditions but also the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of this website (learnamo.com).
5. Service Duration
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will have unlimited and perpetual access to the IIC course through a personal account.
6. Use of the account
The customer can access the service by creating an account using an email and password.
The account through which the customer accesses the IIC course is personal and cannot be used or transferred to third parties. The customer is responsible for the use of their account and must immediately notify LearnAmo of any abuse or unauthorized access to their account.
In the event of a violation of this clause, LearnAmo will cancel the customer’s account, and they will no longer have access to the purchased service and will not be entitled to any refunds.
7. Price
The IIC course is priced at € 180, providing unlimited and perpetual usage.
The customer may have access to discount coupons and take advantage of special offers, which may result in price variations.
8. Payment Methods
The customer can pay via PayPal or Stripe. The actual charge will be made at the time the customer submits the order.
Any service disruptions related to payments are the responsibility of PayPal and Stripe.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 60 days from the payment confirmation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to [email protected] expressing their intention to withdraw.
The customer does not have the right of withdrawal if they have used discount coupons at the time of registering for the IIC course, and as a result, they are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal is provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code in the case of the supply of digital content through non-material media.
10. Copyright
LearnAmo is the exclusive owner of all the content present on the learnamo.com website, including the IIC course.
The customer can only access and consult the content on learnamo.com for personal informational and educational use. Any other use must be expressly authorized by the manager and owner of LearnAmo.
The customer may not copy, in whole or in part, such materials, nor reproduce, communicate them to third parties, or distribute them.
In the event of a violation of this clause, LearnAmo will cancel the customer’s account, and they will no longer have access to the purchased service and will not be entitled to any refunds.
11. Liabilities
LearnAmo is not responsible for service disruptions due to force majeure or customer’s internet network issues.
12. Applicable Law
These General Sales Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
